O Lord Our Lord:

Updated: Dec 23, 2019 Psalm 8:1

O Lord, our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens.

When I got saved I know it was personal. Christ came to where I was and changed my life. In this verse David begins with a praise toward God as he says “O Lord”. He personally acknowledged the God of Heaven as his Lord. What is beautiful here is that David also included all of God’s children with himself as he begin his praise. O LORD OUR LORD How excellent is thy name in all the earth. Everyone who knows the Lord as Savior can say this. For the name of Jesus Christ IS above all names. His name is the sweetest name I know. You may have seen all the 7 wonders of the world, but nothing you’ll ever see will compare to the Glory that God has. He is altogether lovely and everything that is exists because of Him. We live in a world that has been captivated by sin and depravity. But in the midst of it all Christ is still in control and yes prayer still changes things. I encourage you today to call on Jesus today and let Him work in your life. Jesus loves and you’ll never find a better way than His Way.Trust Him today as Lord of your life. May God Bless You Today!!
