Hebrews 13:5
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
I was recently listing to a preacher who was speaking on this verse. After he read the scripture he said that many times you’ll hear someone say that God always has your back. He also brought out the thought that the God we serve is also the Alpha and the Omega as well. So not only does He have your back, but He has your front. He is a God that goes before you and He is a God who even goes behind you. What really intrigued me was when the preacher said that you can take the end of this verse and read it backwards and God is still there. And I found that he was right. This is the normal way of reading it... “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”
Now if you read it backwards it looks like this:
“thee forsake nor, thee leave... never will I”
Did you catch that folks? God is always faithful to His people. His promises are true and He is faithful to keep them. He’ll never leave us or forsake us and if we are not as faithful as we ought to be... He Remains Faithful to the end. We can have faith in God. May God Bless!!
