The power of “choice“ is an enormous privilege that has been given to each of us in building ourselves to what we’ve become. Indeed we can look back and see through our lives how we have handled our choices and where it has brought us at length. For many of us it would seem that it is way past wishing-we could undo our choices and start over. Deep rooted are the consequences of our past yet shallow is our faith in believing that everything is going to be okay if we’d put our trust in God. Corrie ten Boom once said that faith is a radar that penetrates through the thick fog and allows us to see what otherwise we would not. The scripture teaches us that the power of choice began long before Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden. Long before the Garden of Eden One-third of the angelic host of Heaven made a decision to follow Lucifer and were thrown out of Heaven because of it. They have been busy ever since trying to persuade man they don’t need God. Trying to convince man that they can decide for themselves what’s best for man. Well…. You can see what a mess we’ve got ourselves into because of that choice. Folks, it’s never too late to chose what’s right. The best choice I ever made was to Follow God.
